Graduated Western Kentucky University, B.A. 1986, US ARMY 1986-1990, Air Defense Artillery Officer, 3/67th ADA Bn., 3d Infantry Division, Larson Barracks, Kitzingen, Germany. 1990-2000 US Army Individual Ready Reserve. Captain. University of Louisville, Juris Doctor 1993. Admitted to practice before all Courts of Kentucky, 1993. Also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Admitted to practice before all Courts of the Muscogee(Creek)Nation, admitted to practice before all Courts of the Chickasaw Nation. Married to Cory Lee Brown. Five Children, Lauren, Jacob, Noah, Parker, and Carter.
